Service management tools Email Subscription Anomalies (2025-02-28)

We are currently investigating what lead to the mass subscriptions of email addresses to our status page. If you were impacted by this, you will be receiving an email shortly confirming your removal from the list. If you email was unverified with our system, we are in the process of removing your information. If your email was verified with our system, we will contact you to remove you upon request.

Main API Server Proxmox Node Maintenance (OCS1+OCS2)

We are currently upgrading components in two of our proxmox VM nodes, (OCS1, and OCS2), as such a majority of our services have been taken offline. We expect this to take 20 minutes.

  • I have completed maintenance on schedule, I just fell asleep and didn't update it beforehand.

  • We are beginning to restore services, performance degradation is initially expected as services are pulled online.

    Compute Mantaince

    We are currently working on our compute services. Game servers (Personal), and all Obsidian Core Studios online services will be offline during this period.

  • Finished, all services have been brought online. Additionally, we have brought one more compute node online.

    SCP Secret Laboratory private server Network upgrades

    Tonight, at 11 PM pacific time, a backend routing change will occur. We anticipate this to cause around 10 minutes of downtime.

    We'll keep you updated.

    Minecraft server (Java + Bedrock) Minecraft server software changes

    Maintenance will begin at 11:30, at that time access to the server will be revoked to allow for the server software to be switched from fabric to paper, due to issues with fabric and the required server software.

  • We have completed maintenance, users can now log in, and link java and bedrock if they wish to carry progression between both clients.

  • We have begun work on the server. We expect this to take about an hour.
